About the position

We are looking for an administratively strong and technically interested person who wants to be the hub for our technical problem-solving. As Technical Service Support, you will play a key role in driving cases to resolution, from troubleshooting to planning mechanics, and act as the link between the customer, workshop, and suppliers.

You will be responsible for receiving technical issues, analyzing causes, and developing action plans. The role involves close collaboration with both Swedish and Norwegian colleagues as well as suppliers across Europe. You will also be responsible for planning and leading the work of our mechanics, both in the workshop and in the field.

The position is based in our premises in Grums and is a permanent full-time employment. We offer attractive benefits and a good salary.

Responsibilities;

  • Technical support and troubleshooting for customers and mechanics

  • Planning and leading the work of workshop and field mechanics

  • Identifying spare parts via exploded views and technical documentation

  • Developing action plans, calculations, and cost proposals for customers

  • Documentation and follow-up of cases in the business system (Visma)

  • Coordinating deliveries and start-ups of new machines

  • Ongoing contact with suppliers and relationship-building work

About you

We are looking for someone who has

  • Technical education in vehicles, machinery, electrical engineering, or hydraulics (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Good technical understanding of construction or agricultural machinery

  • Ability to read and understand exploded views, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation

  • Experience in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving

  • Familiarity with working in business systems and documenting cases

  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English

It is an advantage if you have

  • Understanding of electricity (12V/24V/400V)

  • Experience working in Visma

  • BE driver's license and/or forklift license

  • Experience with planning systems or work planning in field environments

To succeed in this role, you have the following personal qualities

  • Service-oriented and solution-focused problem solver who is driven by helping customers and colleagues. You see opportunities rather than obstacles, even when the problem is complex or time is tight.

  • Structured and meticulous with a methodical approach that ensures documentation is clear and nothing falls through the cracks, even under high workload.

  • Communicative, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and adapt your dialogue to the audience – whether it's a technician or a customer.

  • Independent and responsible, with the ability to drive cases forward while enjoying working closely with the workshop, service, and suppliers.
